The Spanish ASQ is now available… above. IMPORTANT – Only Guiding Star participants are required to submit ASQ-3 screenings, for non-SR children, through the Developmental Screenings button located on the ELC website. Do not use the ASQ Online Provider Portal button to submit screenings for your NON-SR children. All screenings for non-SR children, submitted through the ASQ Online Provider Portal will be rejected. Guiding Star participants – Use this button to complete screenings for non-SR children.
